Abstract |
Clemmys Glyptemys insculpta A turtle was run through a five-blind multiple-T maze, which it learned on the fourth trial. It is believed that vision was used in threading the maze and that the exceptionally quick learning was due to intense motivation (the animal was run only on days when it sought food of its own accord) and deliberateness in making choices
