Cuora flavomarginata When the average hatching temperature is 29.3 ℃ and 28.7 ℃,the incubation time of fertilized egg of Cistoclemmys flavomarginata is respectively 76.7 days and 75.8 days under the normal temperature and constant temperature,the fertilization rate is 84.8% and 92.4%,the accumulated hatching temperature is 47491.2~57741.1 ℃·h and 45460.8~56088.0 ℃·h respectively,The shortest incubation time is 66 days,the longest incubation time is 82 days,the average accumulated hatching temperature of normal temperature incubation is 1803.8 ℃·h higher than constant temperature hatching,and the hatching rate of normal temperature incubation is 7.6% lower than constant temperature.
