Abstract |
Mauremys Ocadia sinensis Pest alerts contain information about introduced weeds and pest animals that have become major pests in other countries, and have the potential to become major pests in Australia. Pest alerts give a brief description of the pest, including its declaration status and potential impacts, and outline any steps that should be taken if a specimen is found. If you think you might have found one of the pests listed here, please contact Biosecurity Queensland or your local government. Early detection and eradication of potentially invasive plant and pest animal species are vital to protect Queensland's multibillion dollar agricultural industries and our unique natural environment.
