In this study, the urogenital system of eight adult Sacalia quadriocellata were dissceted. The results showed that there was no difference in the volume and weight between left kidney and right kidney. There were a pair of accessory bladders and a small and Y like bladder. Remarkable difference in the gonad size and weight existed in the same individual. The sex gland, testis or ovary, in the right side is larger than the left counterpart.Changes in gonad were observed in the breeding season. The number of ovary ball number of ovum was enhanced and the weight of the spermary was increased by 2 times in mating season.
